At IBM, I build CDS views and expose them as OData services through the RAP service layer for Power BI consumption. I also lead CDS development and analysis for Operations reports and handle AMS support and change requests for a European energy client.
At Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I designed and implemented a Microsoft Teams chatbot integration with SAP ITSM to reduce manual ticket handling and improve response SLAs. I led the ABAP, interface and MDG teams and supported AMS operations for Indorama Ventures.
At Tata Consultancy Services, I designed an S/4HANA-to-Amazon S3 integration using ABAP REST APIs without middleware, and developed Embedded Analytics with CDS views. I’ve also delivered SAP UI5 applications, supported S/4HANA migrations, and earned SAP certifications in ABAP Cloud and ABAP for SAP HANA.
