What I'm looking for
I’m a Merchandising Service Associate with 4 years of experience assisting customers using active listening and problem-solving skills to offer effective solutions. I stay consistently friendly and professional while handling diverse customer needs in high-volume customer-facing environments.
At Lowe’s, I build displays to showcase new products, down stock incoming items, and reset old displays to keep shelves organized and shop-worthy. I count inventory to prevent loss and maintain accurate on-hand numbers, and I use power equipment when needed for bulk items. I also manage workflow smoothly to help meet service quotas.
I’m comfortable stepping into leadership when it matters—I’m currently assigned the role of “Service Captain.” In this position, I make sure my fellow co-workers know how to conduct basic procedures for down-stocking and how to meet store expectations.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a Rural Carrier Associate with the United States Postal Service, sorting envelopes, magazines, and packages by zip code and address.
