I’m a detail-oriented revenue cycle specialist and Subject Matter Expert focused on Accounts Receivable management in U.S. healthcare. At Omega Healthcare Management Services, I manage the complete AR process for podiatry practices using Modernizing Medicine Practice Management, resolve high-volume claim denials, and help maintain DSO targets with <10% of 90+ AR.
I analyze complex claim scenarios to identify root causes across credentialing, billing, coding, and payer-specific issues. I use Advanced Excel and Power BI to track AR performance, monitor KPIs, and generate insights for process optimization, while also handling client requests via JIRA and retrieving EOBs during ChangeHealthcare disruptions.
