I’m looking to contribute to a customer support or customer service team by providing clear, respectful, reliable assistance, responding to enquiries, communicating updates, and helping deliver a positive customer experience.

At Elegant Printing Press, I receive customer requests and clarify design, printing, and document needs. I explain available services and keep customers informed about their work and requested corrections.

I prepare and format documents and marketing materials using Microsoft Word and Google Docs. I also complete printing, photocopying, and general computer tasks, then review work and make customer-requested adjustments.

At Academic Bookshop Store, I assisted customers in person, answered enquiries through messages, and followed up to support positive customer relationships.

At Port One Hub, I responded to customer enquiries and created captions and promotional write-ups for digital content and social media. I also transcribed recordings and maintained content spreadsheets and data-entry records.
