At SONATA SOFTWARE PVT. LTD., I develop and deploy enterprise GenAI applications across HR, Finance, and Learning & Development. I build Microsoft Teams assistants for knowledge retrieval, meeting intelligence, employee self-service, and workflow automation.
For NotesTaker, I built an event-driven Teams meeting bot that generates summaries, decisions, insights, and action items from meeting transcripts. The solution was deployed across five project teams and supports recurring meetings and meeting participants.
I’ve also developed Mavin, a Teams-based HR assistant for policy queries and onboarding, and contributed to agentic learning platforms using LangGraph and MCP. My work includes grounded RAG, enterprise API integrations, and Azure-hosted services.
