What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an e-commerce, operations, administration, or customer-support role where I can manage digital systems, improve day-to-day processes, coordinate orders and suppliers, and deliver accurate work independently in a remote environment.

I co-built and managed a Shopify e-commerce business at FJACK LTD, overseeing product setup, payments, fulfilment, shipping, inventory, customer support, supplier coordination, and costs. I used AI tools for web development, marketing, and content creation while analysing customer feedback and website data to improve operations and user experience.
