At VIPKid, Cambly, and EDUA Group, I deliver virtual English lessons to students of diverse ages and proficiency levels. I adapt instruction to individual learning needs and goals.
At Gilda’s Club Greater Toronto, I coordinated and delivered dozens of weekly virtual programs to hundreds of members. I managed registrations, scheduling, member inquiries, and facilitator and volunteer support. I also acted as the Canadian representative on the USA/Canada Cancer Support Community Network Council.
I also developed newsletters, social media and website content, and promotional materials responsive to community needs and feedback. I maintained program records, tracked statistics, prepared reports, and evaluated impact through surveys and feedback.
At Hospice Mississauga, I facilitated the Grief Circle support group and updated student and staff handbooks. At Ludbreško Sunce, I provided support to people with developmental disabilities and developed programming focused on language, communication, and social skills.
