What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fast-paced role where I can apply my agricultural engineering skills to support irrigation, water systems, and farmer training, deliver strong reporting, and keep growing through new opportunities and continuous skill enhancement.

I’m a Graduate Engineer with a strong intellect and proven internship experience, and I’m motivated to inspire innovation and promote career development in a fast-paced setting. I’m committed to pursuing novel ideas while continuously enhancing my skills to make a meaningful impact within the organization.

At Engineering Board of Kenya, ATDC-Mtwapa (Intern- Graduate Engineer Internship Program, August 2024 to Current), I support sustainable agricultural development through training farmers in the implementation of advanced agricultural technologies. I work across various value chains, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for irrigation and agricultural growth.

My hands-on engineering experience includes supervising the implementation of water and irrigation solutions, assisting with project delivery, and helping deploy irrigation solutions in real settings. In my PSIP Intern role at KALRO, Mtwapa (April 2023 to March 2024), I designed and supervised an irrigation kit installation, operated, repaired, and maintained farm machinery and equipment, and performed general electrical installation and plumbing works.

I also strengthen my engineering and reporting foundation through technical tasks like design and supervision, data recording and processing, and technical report writing. Earlier work at Kalro (atern 2020-04 to 2021-06) included performing office duties related to agricultural technology design and fabrication, supervising the drilling and data recording for a community borehole in Kwale county, and delivering training that helped farmers effectively implement modern agricultural tools and techniques.
