Abdirahman Bulle

I am a civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science and over five years of practical experience delivering water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) infrastructure for communities.

As Senior Superintending Engineer (Water and Sewerage), I lead planning, design, quality control and operation of water supply and wastewater systems, prepare specifications and BOQs, and supervise construction to ensure technical compliance and timely delivery.

Previously, I served as a WASH Officer with Gargaar Relief and Development Organization where I led monitoring & evaluation, procurement, community engagement and technical oversight; earlier roles as assistant engineer and intern strengthened my structural design and site supervision skills.

I hold practical qualifications in AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, WinQS and SAP2000, and I am a member of the Engineers Board of Kenya and the Institute of Engineers of Kenya. I am passionate about using engineering solutions to prevent disease and improve community well-being.
