I lead the product team behind FOCUS online, one of Germany’s most-read digital news brands, at BurdaForward. I connect user needs, business goals, and engineering reality so the team can ship work that matters.
I’ve grown from Product Owner to Senior Product Owner and Team Lead Product, leading a remote, cross-cultural, async-first team. I create clarity, link roadmaps to outcomes, and build psychological safety so problems surface early.
Before product leadership, I built and analyzed mobile applications across news, energy, and mobility for BurdaForward, ENI, Enel Energia, and eSocialBike. My hands-on Android, iOS, Java, SOA, web, and backend background keeps me focused on practical trade-offs and sustainable pace.
