At Jobrapido, I’m Head of Technology, managing the development team and helping rebuild it after a period of staff turnover. I also played a key role in replacing the Elastic search engine with a new tool that integrates vector search and AI.
I’ve worked across software development, Scrum, and Agile project management, and the part I value most is supporting self-organized teams. I focus on people and business value, using Agile to bring them together; I’m also confident working in international and geographically distributed contexts.
