What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end website delivery, improve repeatable project processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver predictable outcomes for clients.

I lead end-to-end website delivery at Needlestack, coordinating Development, Design, SEO, Content, and Account Management from scoping through launch and post-launch support.

I turn client requirements and creative briefs into scoped plans with owners, dependencies, estimates, and budget visibility. I manage scope, risks, blockers, QA, client approvals, and production deployment.

My web development background spans more than eight years building and supporting WordPress and Shopify websites, including templates, plugin customization, visual builders, integrations, and maintenance. It helps me translate between stakeholders and technical teams and review recommendations before they reach clients.
