I'm currently a senior developer and consultant at Shain Inc, where I build chatbots, NLP engines, and GPT-3 prompt designs to process sales invoices, packaging slips, images, and meeting or phone information.
I lead a team of six developers across three SaaS platforms: R&D Research Credit, Product Training, and H2H. I also handle DevOps operations and microservice monitoring.
Previously, I improved Rajkot Municipal Corporation's building-permission application procedure time by 40% and accelerated community-site development at eTownz by almost 40% through WP-CLI. I've also led ERP implementation for VVP Engineering College and published research papers on NLP.
