I'm leading the Targeted Intervention Program at Gramin Samaj Kalyan Samiti (GRASS) in Almora for the Uttarakhand State AIDS Control Society, coordinating HIV/AIDS prevention services across urban Almora.
I design implementation plans, manage field supervisors, oversee clinical operations, conduct advocacy meetings and awareness campaigns, and monitor project performance, budgets, and service delivery. I regularly visit clinics and field locations to understand community requirements and support timely completion of project activities.
Previously, I supported GRASS as a Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant-cum-Accountant, improving data quality through analysis, validation, SIMS reporting, and operational reporting.
