What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build scalable people analytics and BI solutions, partnering with HR and business leaders to turn workforce data into actionable decisions.

At RINA, I introduced Power BI to the HR department and built a secure, automated Microsoft Fabric BI architecture spanning Python API ingestion, Dataflows ETL, SQL modelling, and reporting.

I deliver tailored workforce dashboards across 10 geographical areas for 6,000+ employees in 50+ countries, analysing turnover, absenteeism, headcount trends, and personnel costs. I also automate recurring Excel reporting with Power Query and Python and present KPIs to C-level stakeholders.

Previously, I implemented and maintained HiBob HRIS at Novastone Capital Advisors and analysed recruitment funnels for high-volume C-level hiring. I combine HR operations experience with Power BI, SQL, and people analytics to make complex workforce data accessible and actionable.
