I’m looking for an executive finance leadership role where I can drive finance governance, ERP/fintech transformation, and cost optimization—partnering with boards and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven planning and sustainable growth.

I’m a results-driven finance leader with 20+ years of progressive experience across financial governance, management accounting, treasury management, taxation, and strategic advisory. I lead cross-functional finance teams, align financial strategy with organizational goals, and build decision-ready reporting for Boards and leadership teams.

In my current role as Head of Finance at LOLC Holdings PLC (Ceylon Roots), I lead strategic financial planning, present monthly financial and management accounts to the Board of Directors, and spearhead Oracle ERP and fintech implementation. Previously, I’ve optimized cash flow and working capital, strengthened internal controls, and delivered feasibility studies and outsourced finance solutions as a Freelance Financial Consultant—always focused on cost optimization, risk reduction, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
