What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administration and coordination role where I can keep operations running smoothly, manage calendars and documentation with accuracy, and support teams in hybrid or remote settings through clear communication and empathy.

I’m a detail-oriented, people-focused professional with strong experience in administration, coordination, and customer communication. I’m known for managing inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations with empathy and professionalism.

In my Office Coordinator role at GAVO Casual (2016–Present), I provide administrative support across departments—managing calendars, deadlines, and expense reports. I also coordinate office events and support onboarding for new employees to help teams start strong and stay efficient.

Earlier, as an Administrative Intern (NYSC) at Olorunda Local Government, I assisted administrative staff with daily office operations. I logged and recorded receipts, organized the office for meetings and official functions, and visited local council offices to collect receipts and reports for submission.

I’ve also supported remote operations as an Administrative Assistant (Remote) at Teckdock (2020), handling scheduling, phone calls, and meeting coordination while drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations.
