At YourPrint.gr, the official BestSub representative in Greece, I supported customers and managed orders from receipt through shipping and completion.
I managed a catalogue of 9,000+ products on OpenCart, including listings, descriptions, categories, images, and pricing. I also prepared and verified tiered-markup prices for about 9,200 products using CSV, testing them on a live sample before rollout.
I built Excel QA reports to flag catalogue issues, corrected untranslated product names, and cleaned duplicate SKUs and product codes. I also reorganised categories, including the DTF section, to make navigation easier.
I used ChatGPT and Claude / Claude Code to automate data processing and reduce manual work and errors. Alongside my remote work, I’m in the final year of a B.Sc. in Informatics & Telecommunications, with my bachelor’s thesis in progress.
