I engineer mammalian and microbial cell lines for improved bioproduction and genome editing.

Message

I've engineered HEK293, CHO-S, and Yarrowia lipolytica cell lines at DTU and the Institute of Applied Biosciences, supporting viral particle production, genome editing, and metabolic engineering.

In DTU's NNFCFB-BRIGHT program, I generated stable single and multiple knockout cell lines, measured VLP and AAV productivity, and combined transcriptomic and proteomic analyses with Ambr15 micro-bioreactor experiments to investigate cell-density effects. I've also trained and supervised an ERASMUS+ intern in laboratory work and data analysis.

My work has contributed to publications on in vivo DNA assembly and strong promoters in Yarrowia lipolytica, and I bring hands-on experience in cell culture, molecular cloning, flow cytometry, virometry, imaging, and bioprocess engineering.
