I’m a detail-oriented data analyst with 5+ years of experience, passionate about data visualization and user-friendly design. I lead efforts to democratize data through concise, easy-to-understand dashboards built for informed decision-making.

Before my current role with NAVSEA NUWC Division Newport’s Office of the Business Director, I served for four years as the organization’s Data Analytics Program Manager. In that capacity, I led the NAVSEA-wide Data Visualization team for two years and worked cross-functionally by partnering with subject matter experts to turn complex reporting needs into actionable insights.

In my current role as a Data Analyst for the Office of the Business Director (January 2026 - Present), I build and maintain 30+ dashboards for business and technical groups. I also serve as Tableau Server lead and site administrator for the division—managing permissions of 800+ site users and collaborating with the enterprise server admin team to support stability, optimization, and accessibility—while identifying process improvements and automating where possible to speed access to key performance indicators.

Across my earlier roles (including Data Analytics & Metrics Program Manager and Data Analyst II/III/IV), I delivered KPI reporting to leadership, advised on software, training, and data quality, and drove continuous process improvement through iterative testing and development. I also spearheaded a Tableau Oracle SQL effort that reduced an estimated delivery date by more than 12 months, developed Atlassian Confluence forms for organization-wide data collection, and earned division-wide awards for “Excellence in Business Innovation” and “Excellence in Empowering Our People.”
