I’m a versatile event planning and project coordination professional known for strong organization, clear communication, and a hands-on approach. I lead full-cycle event work—from concept and timelines to logistics, deliverables, and execution—while keeping projects moving smoothly across concurrent priorities.

In my recent roles, I’ve managed vendors end-to-end (catering, venues, production, and event services), built detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and tailored menus, and owned event budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality. I also oversee event technology, including event apps (emphasis on Cvent), registration platforms, and virtual/hybrid tools, and I collaborate cross-functionally to support promotion, communications, and branding.

Alongside event work, I bring client-service strength from hands-on roles in customer-facing environments, plus education support experience through implementing IEPs and providing one-on-one and small-group guidance. I’m at my best when I can anticipate needs, stay calm under pressure, and deliver a high-quality experience for clients, guests, and teams.
