At Accenture Italia, I build the core order orchestration for a large multi-brand luxury commerce platform on Fluent Commerce. I design workflows and sourcing and fulfilment rules across multiple brand environments.
I drove an AI-assisted automation initiative that cut sourcing-rule generation from about 1–1.5 days to roughly an hour. I’m also applying agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration to accelerate OMS engineering.
I’ve developed React and TypeScript UI components, implemented AWS Lambda functions, and integrated Fluent OMS with external systems through GraphQL and REST APIs. I use Splunk to monitor and debug live order flows, and support and mentor teammates on Fluent Commerce best practices.
