At Douglas Group Technology, I lead agentic AI enablement for backend teams and shape engineering quality standards and delivery processes. I authored MCP servers and custom agent skills, commands, and guardrails that were adopted by six teams.

I implemented four payment provider integrations and built coding agent automation that generates additional tests and repairs broken ones. I also cut average monorepo CI pipeline time by about 22% with change-based testing.

Earlier, at Remit, I led server-side teams of three to five across client projects and worked directly with customers on requirements and solution proposals. I’m looking for clear vision and shared values, where diverse people complement the whole.
