At Technoholic Advance Solutions, I’m the only mobile developer for DigitalTenant and Spade Rent. I built and maintain three live apps covering tenant screening, leases, rent payments, maintenance, and accounting.
For DigitalTenant, I built the Tenant Passport so tenants can apply to multiple properties with one screening report. I also added Stripe rent payments, Plaid bank linking, live chat, and push notifications.
As a freelance Flutter developer, I built Sindh Solar Home System, an offline field app used to survey beneficiaries and check solar installations across Sindh. It saves forms and photos on-device, then syncs them when internet access returns.
I also built Sangat, my carpool and thrift marketplace startup for Karachi and Hyderabad, including its Flutter app and TypeScript backend. I’ve taught Flutter app development to Computer Science students at SZABIST University, Larkana Campus.
