I’m a results-driven sales and marketing leader with 17 years of experience across customer service, sales, marketing, retail, and retail/operation management. I’m motivated by opportunities where I can contribute to organizational success while continuing to grow professionally.
Since 2020, I’ve managed end-to-end sales, marketing, and event delivery across a multi-industrial group with almost 100 local and foreign employees. I brief and delegate daily tasks, build a strong team culture, develop business strategies, oversee daily operations, and ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met.
I’m hands-on with planning and execution—creating client concept presentations and proposals, conducting site inspections, preparing timelines/methodology/JSA for projects, and coordinating with hotels, restaurants, event venues, suppliers (overseas and locally), and internal departments. I also manage weekly expense vs. revenue budgeting, monitor monthly inventory and stock availability, and track payroll and overtime while driving monthly sales targets.
Earlier in my career, I developed campaigns and marketing materials in Singapore, led sales and marketing for heavy equipment parts and services, and supported operations through administrative and coordination roles. I also run an e-commerce online store focused on restaurant/hotel/event creative work and souvenir marketing, and I leverage tools like OperaCloud PMS, Siteminder booking channel, CRM systems, QuickBooks, MYOB, and Microsoft 365—along with design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Affinity, Canva, and PowerPoint.
