What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver reliable nursing care and improve outcomes through strong follow-up, accurate documentation, and community-focused health education, while supporting HIV service quality and data-informed program delivery.

I’m a Nurse Midwife committed to safe, compassionate care across labor, delivery, and postpartum follow-up. I respond promptly to emergencies, monitor pregnant women for potential problems, and develop birth plans with patients and their families.

Through my AntiRetroviral Therapy (ART) work, I supported client retention and continuity of care—conducting Index Case Testing, ensuring Multi Month Dispensing (MMD) eligibility, and tracing Early Retention and lost-to-follow clients using a three box system. I also contributed to Same Day ART Initiation within 7 days, linkage to HIV care, and supervision of Optimized PITC.

I’ve strengthened data-driven program delivery as a Research Nurse and District Health Promotion Coordinator. I handle daily research documentation, clean and verify data before entry into research databases, and support training for proper handling of supplies and documentation—while also conducting outreach, running health education classes, building evaluation tools, and analyzing client outcomes and population trends.

Recently, I expanded my clinical support as an Ophthalmic Assistant—documenting patient care, performing tonometry to measure intraocular pressure, screening for eye diseases and visual acuity issues, and providing pre- and post-operative instructions. Across settings, my focus is clear communication, accurate documentation, and dependable follow-through to improve patient outcomes.
