I am a Computer Systems Engineering student at Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA) currently in my 9th semester with practical experience in customer service, operations support, and technical support. I bring over a year of direct customer-facing work and hands-on experience in computer assembly, maintenance, and software installation.

In roles at Data Vimenca and Trueshore I handled inquiries, resolved issues, scheduled medical appointments, and managed confidential information with empathy and professionalism. I have supported team supervision and operational goals while maintaining punctuality and adherence to service protocols.

I am committed to applying my technical skills and customer-service experience to contribute to organizational goals, share responsibilities, and continue developing professionally in IT support, operations, or related roles.
