What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote cross-border trade, logistics, or compliance work where I can build reliable Mexico–U.S.–Canada operating structures, manage customs risk, and support international growth. I'm available for business travel and immediate engagement.

I've built and led foreign trade and logistics operations across the Mexico–United States–Canada corridor, including serving as U.S. Importer of Record for an eight-distribution-center network supporting multinational retail brands.

At Mobik Retail / FIT Logistics, I directed imports and exports, USMCA compliance, tariff classification, VUCEM filings, IMMEX and PROSEC regimes, and multimodal freight across Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. I also negotiated with carriers, brokers, insurers and warehouse operators while building SOPs, training programs and a logistics team from the founding stage.

Through Cardinal Point Logistics LLC, I now advise SME exporters entering or scaling in U.S. and Canadian markets. I design cross-border operating structures and connect clients with carriers, customs brokers and warehouse partners at key border crossings.
