SpainWhat I'm looking for
At BeWay Consulting, I run the software engineering function across client products and internal tooling. I set technical direction, manage a team of three engineers, and work with the co-owners to turn business goals into a realistic roadmap.
I built frontend architecture and standards at BeWay Consulting, including a shared component library adopted by the whole team. My background is hands-on with React and TypeScript, and I stay involved in architecture, code reviews, and critical features while encouraging team ownership.
