What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-first product teams where I can own frontend architecture, lead technical decisions, and strengthen engineering culture through mentorship. I want serious technical challenges—build design systems, reliable CI/CD, and observability that makes teams confident.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 7 years of software development and over 9 years in digital technology, with core expertise in frontend architecture (Vue, Nuxt, Next.js). I naturally lean toward technical leadership—shaping architecture decisions, building engineering culture, and mentoring developers—especially in remote-first product companies with serious technical challenges and missions worth caring about.

Most recently at ReverseHealth, I co-led the migration from a legacy Nuxt 2 monolith to a scalable monorepo (central CMS + 3 independent Next.js SSR apps) using Domain-Driven Design. I spearheaded the company’s first unified Design System, improved deployment confidence with an automated CI/CD pipeline and strong automated testing culture, and championed observability and performance using Datadog (RUM, APM, custom monitors). I also built custom MCP tools and agentic workflows automating operations across Jira, Notion, Datadog, and Figma, while mentoring juniors through knowledge-sharing sessions and pair programming.
