At Fountain, I served as the AI Engineer for the Onboard product within the Cue initiative, delivering five end-to-end workflows with the Claude Agent SDK. I designed reusable agent skills and MCP tools, and used prompt engineering, context management, and task-specific graders to support complex workflows.
I also delivered AI-powered document-signature workflows integrated with Dropbox, automating field selection and placement. On Fountain’s Worker Experience product, I helped stabilize the system and improve event-driven workflows supporting more than 10,000 events per second, and led root-cause analysis and remediation for incidents affecting Amazon and UPS.
On VoxCloud, I developed a full-stack platform for licensed music and advertising audio, including staff and customer portals, music-library workflows, and an AI copilot with approximately 30 typed tools. My earlier work spans Angular applications, REST APIs, AWS deployments, and Java desktop software.
