I currently lead testing at Allied Credit across Lightning POS origination, FIS Ambit asset finance, Consumer Data Right compliance, and loan workflow applications. I plan and execute system, integration, regression, API, data migration, UAT, and production implementation testing while supporting vendors and business stakeholders.

Across Transport for NSW and the ACCC, I've tested large-scale data, road-event, CRM, reporting, and Consumer Data Right platforms. I've validated APIs, ETL outcomes, data integrity, user administration, approval workflows, and integrations while maintaining test evidence and reporting delivery status.

At Metcash, Bluestone Technologies, Suncorp Group, and Macquarie Bank, I delivered testing for eCommerce, internet banking, insurance, lending, Salesforce, SAP, Guidewire, AEM, Drupal, and mainframe systems. I've developed test strategies, plans, cases, schedules, traceability matrices, and production verification plans for complex enterprise releases.

I bring more than 15 years of financial services and government testing experience, including mentoring QA teams of up to eight people onshore and offshore. I build and maintain automation using Selenium, C#, Cypress, Katalon Studio, Postman, SOAP UI, JMeter, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to practical process improvement across technology teams.
