I build enterprise testing practices from scratch and deliver complex transformations. Over 15+ years, I've led QA functions for multi-million-dollar ERP migrations, integrated ecosystems, and cross-border teams.

At Elders, I created the enterprise testing practice from zero and managed an 11+ person onshore/offshore team through SIT, UAT, and PVT. I developed program-level test strategies across Microsoft D365 ERP, Adobe Experience Manager, and Workday HCM, and led test delivery for a multi-million-dollar ERP transformation migrating critical functions from AS400 and SAP to Microsoft D365. This included data migration validation, third-party integration testing, and vendor coordination to keep delivery on track. I also shaped E2E testing approaches across multiple applications and defined automation coverage strategies to maximize value.

At Data Action, I grew from Test Analyst to Test Team Manager with 19 direct reports across 20+ test environments spanning legacy Core Banking (Centura/Sybase), ASP.NET Internet Banking, REST/SOAP APIs, AWS data feeds, CRM, and cloud-based Open Banking. I orchestrated performance testing for API migrations from on-premise SOAP to AWS cloud REST, validated infrastructure scalability for multi-million-dollar customer migrations, and managed vendor relations and external contractors to ensure quality gates were met before production. I regularly coordinated large product launches and rollout testing across complex application stacks.

Technically, I hold a Bachelor of Software Engineering and have built automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Katalon Studio, and Postman/Newman, integrating them into Azure DevOps CI pipelines. I migrated 200+ automated API tests and run POCs to ensure automation delivers value where it matters most.
