What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to transition into an IT Systems Administrator role.

At Lojas Becker Ltda, I administered user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and supported IT infrastructure across multiple branches. I provided virtual and on-site support to end users.

I configured, updated, and maintained Windows and Linux systems, including Ubuntu and Fedora. I also installed software, formatted devices, and handled secure data copying.

I maintained HP LaserJet printers and standardized notebooks and computers to meet internal data protection policies. Earlier, through the CIEE and Jovem Aprendiz programs at Lojas Becker Ltda, I supported inventory tracking and prepared reports for equipment sent and received for repair.
