My name is Georgios Kypriotis, and I am currently pursuing an MSc in Data Science for Decision Making at Maastricht University. With a strong foundation in Applied Mathematics from the University of Crete, I have developed a keen interest in leveraging data to drive insights and decision-making. My academic journey has equipped me with a robust skill set in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Throughout my studies, I have engaged in various projects that showcase my ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical challenges. For instance, I successfully deployed and fine-tuned deep learning models to classify car images, achieving an impressive accuracy of ~90%. Additionally, my analysis of over 4,000 song lyrics revealed emotional trends over time, demonstrating my proficiency in data analysis and visualization.
