At Max Planck Institute for Multidisciplinary Sciences, I wrote data analysis code for microscopy and optical mapping data, developed an enzyme activity assay, and worked on specific bacterial genome modification.
Earlier, at Institute of Biotechnology, Vilnius University, I investigated restriction enzymes using single-molecule techniques and contributed to research on CRISPR Cas10. I bring a biochemistry PhD and experience analyzing complex scientific datasets, alongside Python-based data pipelines and data science projects.
