As Executive Producer & CEO at Family Film Serbia, I led production operations for TV commercials, series, and feature films. I managed budgets, client invoicing and collections, and project cost reporting, while securing commercial contracts with global brands and building the production team.
Earlier, I worked as a Line Producer and Production Coordinator at Family Film Romania, and as a Production Accountant at Tandem Film. Across these roles, I handled production logistics, cost tracking, and financial documentation, including audit submissions for tax incentive programs.
