I’m looking for a role where I can report and produce audio/news while building clear, accurate social and public communications—covering civic events with care and collaborating with mission-driven teams that value strong storytelling and community impact.

I’m a journalism and communications professional with an MA in Journalism and NCTJ qualifications, specializing in Arts and Entertainment reporting. I bring eleven years of experience across pitching, researching, writing, editing, proofreading, and delivering breaking news and event coverage.

I’m experienced in multi-platform storytelling—writing and sub-editing features, producing press/news content, and building social media presence and communications plans. I’ve also handled live-tweeting and on-the-ground notes for local government public meetings, and I produce audio stories and talking points for radio segments.

Alongside my journalism work, I’ve spent ten years in non-profit management support, including writing case notes, individual service plans, and training materials, plus supervision and program management responsibilities.

I’m also a seasoned employment coach and curriculum writer for persons with disabilities, creating instructional schedules, assessments, and learning materials.
