At Mindlance Inc., supporting Evernorth / Cigna, I owned reliability for the 24x7 SAS batch platform and supervised a team of 20+ Linux/AIX system administrators. I managed its error budget policy, helping reduce weekly tier-1 incidents from 30 to 1 over six months.
I led optimization of the 1PB SAS GPFS cluster, cutting batch completion time from 48 hours to about two hours and delivering approximately $1M in infrastructure cost savings. I also reduced tier-1 incident MTTR from 120 minutes to 20 by writing runbooks based on prior failure patterns and root causes.
At Pyramid Consulting Inc., supporting Verizon, I worked across a multi-tenant environment of more than 50,000 RHEL/CentOS hosts, alongside Solaris, AIX, and Windows systems. I helped modernize patching with Python automation, reducing weekly incidents from 600 to under 150 over the engagement.
Across my infrastructure work, I’ve delivered cloud migrations, high-availability and disaster-recovery improvements, and zero-downtime SAN migrations. My experience includes AWS, Terraform, Ansible, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and observability with Prometheus and Grafana.
