Owned the vision, strategy and roadmap for Vitality's global design system, scaling to 285+ components, 17 templates and 154 icons, and driving adoption across 89+ developers and QA teams in 15 insurance markets and partners. Rebuilt core components around Figma colour and text variables, enabling localisation across 10+ markets without rebuilding layouts.

Presented design forums and hosted masterclasses on efficient Figma workflows and plugin use, contributing to internal design capability and best-practice sharing.

Helped shape the customer experience for a new fully digital bank, translating business-analyst-defined banking flows into low- and high-fidelity UX across retail and SME mobile and tablet products over a 9-month build.
