What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in AI/ML data operations, annotation, production support, or customer operations where I can maintain quality and productivity standards, support workflows, and help teams succeed.

I've supported Amazon clients through inbound calls, resolving order, delivery, and account issues while consistently meeting quality, throughput, and SLA targets.

At Amazon Development Centre, I also worked as an Ops Support Expert, helping manage workflows, resolve issues, and train new associates for faster onboarding.

Previously at iMerit Technology Services, I delivered image and LiDAR annotation work across bounding boxes, polygons, 3D annotation, segmentation, and classification. I worked to defined accuracy and productivity benchmarks and served as a SPOC for team members.

My technical foundation includes Python, Java, C, SQL, HTML, Windows, Linux, and MS Office, supported by an MCA and Computer Science background.
