I've supported current and former foster youth through mentorship, advocacy, resource navigation, and trauma-informed services. As a Peer Mentor with Cal State LA's Guardian Scholars Program, I provided tailored academic, career, and personal support while collaborating on programming centered on trauma, resilience, and educational equity.
At Child Trends, I co-authored a published research brief on career services for youth with foster care experience, contributing lived-experience perspectives and evidence-informed recommendations.
