At Wattpad, I grew the Ambassador volunteer program from around 60 to more than 800 people, building the structure, training, and processes needed to support a global community. I now develop resources and initiatives that enable strategic, sustainable international growth.
I've led Writer Education, Ambassadors, Contests, acquisition and development, and creator communications, partnering with Trust and Safety, Copyright, and Support teams to build safer, more welcoming spaces. I put people, trust, transparency, empathy, and community at the heart of operations.
