At ICMR – NIRBID, I developed and evaluated six machine learning models to classify beta-thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia. I compared CBC and CBC+HPLC features and identified CBC as the more effective feature set for disease screening.
As a Data Analytics Intern at UnifiedMentor, I built interactive Power BI dashboards for heart disease and crop datasets. I also managed and analyzed patient records using data-cleaning and summarization techniques.
My projects include using TorchDrug to analyze the ClinTox dataset and predict molecular properties with graph neural networks. I also built genomic sequence analysis projects in Python and R, and applied image processing to CT scans for kidney stone detection.
