At ADP, I support acquisition work by analyzing deal structures, financial statements, and quality of earnings. I also work with finance and legal teams to track transaction documentation and assess the financial implications of legal findings.
My role at ADP also covers compliance across financial, HR, facilities, procurement, GSO, and IT functions. I head compliance committees and have worked on aspects of FEMA, data privacy laws, and the Companies Act.
Earlier, at ASK wealth Mgmt. PVT limited, I analyzed financial statements for potential risks and monitored the implementation of SEBI and RBI guidelines. I also assessed international clients’ and partners’ creditworthiness with attention to the legal nature of their transactions.
As a consultant to Uttaran Krishi Producer Company, I conducted a value chain and market assessment and delivered a report focused on market expansion. My finance and legal background includes an MBA from IIM Shillong, a BA.LLB(Hons) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and CFA Level 3 candidacy.
