What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to a challenging finance and investment-banking team where I can apply financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis while continuing to learn and grow.

At the National Stock Exchange of India, I conduct on-site inspections of stockbrokers, assess financial soundness and capital adequacy, and review regulatory compliance. I have processed 200+ alerts and inspection reports to identify risks and support timely corrective action.

Previously at Chaturvedi & Shah LLP, I conducted financial due diligence for pre-IPO and investment-stage companies and supported valuation, M&A taxation, corporate restructuring, and consolidated financial statement assignments.

I'm a Chartered Accountant and CFA Level 2 candidate with hands-on work in financial modelling, DCF and comparable-company valuation, equity research, and financial analysis. I bring experience across capital-market regulation, transaction advisory, tax compliance, and investment analysis.
