At KPMG India Services LLP, I assisted in three sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements across apparel, beverage, sports, and fitness businesses. My work included analyzing financial statements and identifying issues relevant to transaction objectives.
I provided valuation considerations through Quality of Earnings analysis, net debt and cash evaluations, and working capital assessments. I also analyzed revenue trends, customer cohorts, product performance, margins, and cash flow.
At S.R Batliboi & Associates LLP, I performed audit procedures on revenue and receivables, along with other financial statement areas. I also supported group reporting, limited reviews, ICFR work, and financial statement disclosures.
Earlier, at Garv & Affiliates, I executed and supported statutory, tax, and GST audits, and prepared and filed tax returns and regulatory forms. I’m a Chartered Accountant and have a B. Com (Hons) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
