At JLL Property Consultant India Pvt Ltd, I lead procurement and bidding operations for fit-out and refurbishment projects, working with clients from bid stage through contract execution. I prepare cost estimates and proposals, coordinate teams, and negotiate with clients.
After projects are secured, I develop sourcing plans and run RFI and RFP processes to identify capable suppliers and compare their technical and commercial offers. I also manage contract finalization and report procurement status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
I built and manage the procurement team at JLL, setting up its process frameworks and standard operating procedures. As a founding member of JLL's Minor Projects division, I contributed to establishing its procurement framework and infrastructure for Design and Build project delivery.
I founded Buildmythoughts.com, an interior design and execution aggregator that connected homeowners with designers and contractors. The business achieved ₹150 lakh in turnover and delivered projects for 20 clients across Bangalore and Ranchi.
