Ltd., I conceptualized and built Supp-ly.com, a digital construction materials marketplace, defining its product taxonomy, seller onboarding workflows, and product information management structures. I also worked with technology and product teams on platform features and software updates.
At TotalEnvironment, I managed procurement for specialized construction packages and restructured the firefighting works contract for the Learning to Fly project from a BOQ model to a lump-sum agreement. Earlier, as an Engineer – Contracts at Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Ltd.(subsidiary of Puravankara Projects Ltd.,), I analyzed tender specifications and supported bid evaluations and contract finalization.
