I’m a CIPP/E-certified Corporate Legal Counsel with 7+ years of experience managing complex international transactions, IP licensing, and commercial contracts. I specialize in precise risk mitigation and cross-border negotiation that protects global business interests.

At Serum Institute of India, I’ve drafted and negotiated cross-border Technology Licensing, Distribution, and Research Collaboration agreements across the UK, Netherlands, US, and Japan. I lead high-stakes procurement and partnership negotiations, reducing contract closure cycles from months to under two meetings through decisive risk assessment and stakeholder alignment.

I also integrate GDPR-ready data protection clauses and strict confidentiality frameworks into Vendor and Clinical Trial Agreements to safeguard proprietary data across jurisdictions. Alongside this, I revamped and standardized internal legal templates for NDAs and Service Agreements, enabling ~10 agreements weekly and significantly reducing reliance on external counsel.

Previously, as Assistant Manager–Legal and earlier as a Practicing Advocate, I handled litigation and dispute resolution (Civil, Consumer, Arbitration), and supported corporate governance through Board Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, and statutory filings.
